Halloween 2010

We had a great time celebrating Halloween this year. On the Monday before we carved pumpkins, and on Saturday we went to our church's Halloween party. I love that we had Ryan just before the fun Holiday season. It's so fun to celebrate all of his "firsts."

Ryan's first Jack o' Lantern

Precious little buddy

Daddy spent about three hours on his pumpkin

Ryan couldn't wait that long

Mommy made Cinderella's pumpkin coach!

Pretty cool, huh?!

Daddy's finished work of art. He made the eyes out of our zucchinis.

Saturday was the church party. We went as a family of supers!

We even gelled a little "Clark Kent" curl on Ryan's forehead. It was darling!

The party was really fun, and we had such a great time. On actual Halloween night we made sure to have a huge bag of candy ready to go, but not a single trick-or-treater came to our door! Alas, the weekend was still fun, and now we're trying to figure out who we can give our massive bag of candy to before we eat it all and gain back the weight we've been working so hard to lose lately. Life goes on, and we're so happy!
